© 2012 Sophia Wallace I’ve been shooting new portraits over the last few months. This portrait is of my friend, the talented filmmaker and writer Lisa Harewood. I’d asked Lisa to sit for a portrait. She immediately turned me down. She doesn’t like to have her picture taken. I continued with my quest and she finally accepted. The day of the shoot, Lisa had an awful headache. I said I would only shoot one roll, ten frames if she gave me 15 minutes. Well, she bravely agreed. I think the blue moon ale also helped. I’m so glad she took the risk.
